The famous chef Joseph Sykianakis, started his studies at Cuilinary Institute of America, one of the best culinary schools in the world and he continued at Ecole Cuisine Alain Ducasse enriching his knowledge in Mediterranean Cuisine. Having worked in famous restaurants abroad such as at the Restaurant Atelier Robuchon and at the Restaurant Taillevent with 2 stars Michelin in Paris, he has gained experience not only in creating a menu based on a variety of tastes but also in consulting other professionals and hotels. In Greece, he worked with the family of Gianna-Aggelopoulou-Daskalaki, responsible In charge of family menu creation as per dietary requirements, as well as organizing the menus of dinner parties with external VIP guests. He also worked in 3 Greek islands, Paros, Mykonos and Corfu as executive chef. In Paros, he worked in the most famous reasturant of the island, called Barbarossa, being responsible for all the dishes and wedding parties. Moreover, in Mykonos, he was pastry chef at Camares Restaurant and in Corfu he was n charge of menu and SOP creation for the restaurant EverGreen which is a chain of restaurants. Finally, one of the most important moment of his career was in February 2013 when he presented Poga Olive Oil at Gallerie Lafaget.
